About Me:

Since 2016, I have been dedicated to empowering individuals through tailored mental health and performance psychology services. My approach is holistic, addressing the unique psychological demands of athletics and everyday life, promoting overall mental wellness.

For athletes, I focus on developing mental skills that enhance performance, such as goal setting, visualization, and resilience training. Having been a Division I Track and Field athlete at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I understand the pressures athletes face and strive to help them navigate the joys and challenges of competitive sports, ensuring they foster a positive relationship with their sport and themselves.

I am also passionate about supporting individuals through various mental health challenges. I offer a safe and confidential environment where individuals can explore their experiences, build self-awareness, and cultivate self-compassion. My services encompass a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management, ensuring that my clients can access the support they need to thrive.

Throughout my practice, my commitment to social justice and multiculturalism is central to the work I do with clients. I actively create an inclusive and affirming space for all clients, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds. By emphasizing the intersectionality of identity, I aim to address the specific challenges that marginalized individuals and those from diverse backgrounds face in their personal and professional lives.

I deeply understand the intricate balance between performance demands and mental health needs. This personal experience informs my clinical practice and enriches my ability to guide individuals through their journeys.

I draw on Interpersonal Process and Systems perspectives to create authentic connections within the therapeutic relationship, emphasizing the importance of community, support, and social responsibility. Mindfulness techniques are also integrated into my work to help clients stay present, focused, and resilient in the face of challenges.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching TV, staying active, and indulging in delicious food. Most importantly, I cherish time spent with my family, including my partner and our three children. I look forward to collaborating with you on your journey to optimal performance and well-being, helping you thrive both on and off the field.
